Can I return a product?
To return a product and receive a full refund, the following criteria should be met:
The product is purchased from the official Growell website/Growell amazon store.
The product was originally delivered less than 30 days ago. Items delivered more than 30 days ago are no longer eligible for a refund.
The product is completely unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and in a salable condition.
The customer provides proof of purchase (an order number or an order confirmation email).
The customer covers all return shipping fees.
The customer provides us with the new return tracking number that allows us to check the return with our warehouse.

To return an item to Growell, please contact our support team
Our Support Team will provide you with the return shipping information and any additional details where necessary. Returned items will require us to receive confirmation at an offsite location before the refund can be processed. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and via the original payment method. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded.
Gardens or pods purchased through resellers, retail partners, or other websites are ineligible for a refund through us. Please consult their return policies for further information.
We do not offer exchanges.
